STMicroelectronics SRC0开关IC监控连接按钮及充分电源电压的状况。一个使能输出通过MOSFET晶体管、DC-DC转换器、稳压器等控制应用的功率。如果输入电压超出精密的电压阈值,则使能输出只需通过按下按钮即可触发。出厂可选的电源电压阈值是由高度精准和经温度补偿的基准来确定的。正常工作过程中按下按钮,即可触发中断,用于请求系统省电。如果检测到欠压,也会触发中断。长按一个按钮(PB)或两个按钮(PB与SR),可触发复位或禁用应用的电源,具体取决于采用的选项。器件还有其他特性,如精确度达1%的精密的1.5V电压基准、表示欠压的单独输出、及区分按钮或欠压导致中断的单独输出。该器件消耗极低的电流,正常工作中仅6µA,待机模式仅0.6µA。
