Taiwan Semiconductor BAS Switching Diodes
Taiwan Semiconductor BAS Switching Diodes are designed to offer low power loss and high efficiency. These diodes feature fast switching speed and high surge current capability. The BAS diodes are RoHS-compliant and Halogen-free. These diodes' molding compound meets the UL 94V-0 flammability rating. The BAS diodes are suitable for Switching Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), adapters, and high-speed switching applications.Features
