TDK B25697H Film Capacitors
TDK B25697H Film Capacitors are metallized polypropylene film capacitors designed for high‑frequency power electronics applications. These capacitors operate across a rated DC voltage range of 900V to 2000V with capacitance values up to 1280μF. The B25697H capacitors feature ultra‑low ESR/ESL, low dissipation factor, and self‑healing properties, enabling efficient high‑frequency performance. These power capacitors operate over -40°C to +85°C temperature range and have a long lifetime expectancy of up to 100,000 hours (or higher with derating). The series is intended for DC-link applications such as renewable energy converters, traction systems, and industrial motor drives. Additionally, the B25697H variant meets EN 45545 fire and smoke requirements and is compliant with IEC 61071 and RoHS standards.
