TDK B57xV6/C6 Soft-Termination NTC Thermistors
TDK B57xV6/C6 Soft-Termination Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) Thermistors feature multilayer construction with flexible soft termination and a nickel barrier plating layer (NiSn). The soft termination enhances mechanical robustness compared to standard termination. Additional features include high reliability, accurate temperature sensing from -40°C to +150°C, and excellent long-term aging stability. These automotive NTC thermistors provide tight R and B tolerances and short response times. Suitable applications for TDK B57xV6/C6 Soft-Termination NTC Thermistors include temperature measurement and compensation in automotive circuits, including LED lighting, inverters, and charging and temperature control for battery packs and battery management systems (BMS).
