TDK E13 EM Power Transformers

TDK E13 EM Power Transformers are designed for automotive 500V battery systems, enabling reliable isolation in traction inverters and compact DC-DC converters. This series meets strict creepage and clearance requirements, supporting safe and efficient power conversion in xEV platforms where dependable insulation and a space-efficient design are critical. E13 EM transformers feature a compact, SMD design, typical operating frequencies between 100kHz and 400kHz, and either flyback or push-pull topologies. Specifications include a MnZn ferrite core, 18.6mm x 14.6mm dimensions, a height of up to 12mm, 1.8µH to 240µH inductance values, and up to 9A saturation currents. A key feature of these transformers is the advanced insulation system, as well as compliance with IEC 60664-1 and IEC 61558-2-16 standards. TDK E13 EM Power Transformers are AEC-Q200 compliant and have an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.
