Tektronix TBS1000/B Series 2-Channel Ocilloscopes
Tektronix TBS1000/B 2-Channel Oscilloscopes offer cost-efficient performance in a compact design. Tektronix TBS1000/B features USB connectivity, 34 automated measurements, limit testing, data logging, a frequency counter, TrendPlot™ and a context-sensitive help menu. TBS1000/B Oscilloscopes come in 200MHz, 150MHz, 100MHz, 70MHz, and 50MHz bandwidth models. The series provides up to 2GS/s sample rate and 2.5k point record length on all channels. Advanced triggers including pulse and line-selectable video triggers are standard features.
The TBS1000B comes standard with a 7" high resolution TFT display for a clear view of all of your signals and critical on screen information. The instrument is further enhanced by a user interface inspired by the MSO/DPO series. The interface is easy to use, provides quick access to all of the oscilloscope functions and includes a high resolution "Pan & Zoom" feature enabling the user to see even more signal details of up to 10 times normal resolution.
