Texas Instruments bq25100B单节锂离子电池充电器
Texas Instruments bq25100B单节锂离子电池充电器是高度集成的锂离子和锂聚合物线性充电器，适用于空间受限的便携式应用。有输入过压保护的高输入电压范围支持低成本的非稳压适配器。bq25100B只有一路功率输出来给电池充电。如果系统平均负载使电池不能在10小时的安全定时内充满，则可以加入一个系统负载与电池并联。电池充电分为三个阶段：调节、恒流、恒压。在所有充电阶段中，内部控制回路监控IC结温，如果超过内部温度阈值，则降低充电电流。
