德州仪器 CC1200 sub-1GHz是完全集成式单片无线电收发器,可以在低功耗、低电压工作的条件下,为高性价比无线系统提供高性能。所有滤波器均内部集成,无需昂贵的外部声表面波(SAW)及中频(IF)滤波器。该器件主要面向164-190MHz、410-475MHz及820-950MHz这些工业、科学、医疗及短距离器件频带。同时还提供评估模块套件和开发套件,轻松评估该TI RF收发器。

  • Supports up to 1.25Mbps data rate in transmitting and receive
  • Low current consumption:
    • Enhanced wake-on-radio functionality for automatic low-power receive polling
    • Power down: 0.3µA (0.5µA with sleep timer active):
      • RX: 2mA in RX sniff mode
      • RX: 19mA peak current in low power mode
      • RX: 23mA peak current in high-performance mode
      • TX: 46mA @ +14dBm
