Texas Instruments ISO773x/-Q1三通道数字隔离器
Texas Instruments ISO773x/ISO773x-Q1三通道数字隔离器配有5000VRMS（DW 封装）和2500VRMS（DBQ封装）隔离等级，符合UL 1577标准。这些器件在隔离CMOS或LVCMOS数字I/O的同时，具有高抗电磁干扰性、低辐射和低功耗。每个隔离通道都有一个由二氧化硅 (SiO2) 绝缘隔栅分开的逻辑输入和输出缓冲器。该器件配有启用引脚，可用于将各自输出放在高阻抗中，实现多主器件驱动应用，而且能够降低功耗。ISO7730/ISO7730-Q1器件在同一个方向有三个通道，ISO7731/ISO7731-Q1器件有两个正向通道和一个反向通道。如果丢失输入功率或信号，对于没有后缀F的器件，默认输出为高，对于后缀有F的器件，默认输出为低。ISO773x-Q1器件符合汽车应用类AEC-Q100标准。
