德州仪器 LM2775 开关电容 5V 升压转换器是一款可产生低噪声输出电压的稳压开关电容倍压器。LM2775 的输入电压范围为 3.1V 至 5.5V，输出电流高达 200mA，并且在输入电压低至 2.7V 时仍可提供高达 125mA 的输出电流。输出电流较低时，LM2775 可进入 PFM 模式以降低其静态电流。PFM 模式可通过将 PFM 引脚驱动为高电平或低电平来启用或禁用。当 LM2775 处于关断模式时，用户可以选择将 OUTDIS 引脚置为高电平以将输出电压拉至 GND，也可以选择将 OUTDIS 引脚置为低电平以使输出电压保持高阻态。
