Texas Instruments OPT3002 光数字传感器可在单个器件内提供光功率计的功能。该光学传感器显著提升光电二极管和光敏电阻的系统性能。OPT3002 具有宽光谱带宽,范围介于 300nm-1000nm 之间。凭借内置的满量程设置功能,无需手动选择满量程范围即可在 1.2nW/cm2 至最高 10mW/cm2范围内进行测量。该功能允许在 23 位有效动态范围内进行光测量。测量结果中的暗电流效应及其他温度变化会得到相应补偿。OPT3002 属于全集成型器件,可通过兼容 I2C 和 SMBus 的双线制串行接口直接提供光学功率读数。测量方式有连续测量和单次测量两种。由1.8V电源供电时,OPT3002以0.8SPS速率完全运行的功耗低至0.8µW。
