Torex Semiconductor XC6x Voltage Regulators

Torex Semiconductor XC6x Voltage Regulators are CMOS-based devices with a reference voltage source, error amplifier, and driver transistor as core components. These voltage regulators are equipped with overcurrent protection or current limit circuits and a thermal shutdown circuit or thermal control. The XC6x voltage regulators come in various package options, enabling flexible integration into various electronic applications. These voltage regulators are ideal for IoT equipment, wearable devices, fitness trackers, energy harvest, digital TV tuners, wireless LAN, consumer equipment, and industrial equipment. The XC6x voltage regulators are EU RoHS-compliant and Pb-free.
