VPG Foil Resistors Z201系列Z箔电阻器
Vishay Precision Group Z201系列Z箔电阻器是Bulk Metal®箔电阻器早期型号的改进型。Vishay Precision Group超高精度Z201系列Z箔电阻器具有0.2ppm/ºC（-55ºC - +125ºC，+25ºC参考）的TCR斜率，比原来的S102C系列的特性有所改进。Z201系列电阻器采用的Z箔技术大大降低了电阻元器件对环境温度变化(TCR)和外加功率变化(PCR)的灵敏度。Z201系列电阻器具有：电阻公差：±0.005%；额定功率：70ºC时为0.6W，125ºC时为0.3W；电阻范围：10Ω - 100kΩ；电阻温度系数(TCR)：±0.05 ppm/ºC典型值(0ºC - +60ºC)、±0.2 ppm/ºC典型值（-55ºC - +125ºC，+25ºC参考值）；电阻功率系统“因自热产生的ΔR”：额定功率时为±5ppm。
Features of Z201 Series Resistors include resistance tolerance to ±0.005%; rated power of 0.6W at 70°C, 0.3W at 125°C; resistance range of 10Ω to 100kΩ; temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR): ±0.05 ppm/°C typical (0°C to +60°C), ±0.2ppm/°C typical (-55°C to +125°C, +25°C ref.); and power coefficient of resistance "ΔR due to self heating": ±5ppm at rated power.
