Wakefield Thermal BT BondaTherm™ Thermal Interface Materials include equalizer kits, dispense guns, static mixers, and fast-curing thermally conductive adhesive. These products eliminate improper ratios and mixing errors as well as messy hand mixing and transferring, protecting the user from contact with the resin. Additionally, the resin is protected from moisture contamination when stored in the original containers. Wakefield Thermal BT BondaTherm™ Thermal Interface Materials are designed to reduce material waste.
