FairchildFSB70550 高级运动 SPM® 7 系列模块为交流感应、BLDC 和 PMSM 电机提供全功能、高性能的倒相输出级。该模块集成了内置 MOSFET（FRFET® 或 SuperFET 技术）的栅极驱动，用以降低 EMI 和损耗，同时还提供多种模块上保护特性，如欠压闭锁、热监视、故障报告、联锁功能等。内置一个集成电路，将进来的逻辑电平门输入转换为高压、大电流驱动信号，以便能正常驱动模块的内置 MOSFET。为每相提供单独的开-源 MOSFET 端，以支持最广泛的控制算法。
