松下电工株式会社 AQY22x 系列 PhotoMOS 继电器包含三个关键元件：LED，由施加于输入引脚的设定电压开启；光电管检测到 LED 光，在光电管间形成电压差分信号；该信号与负载光隔离；光电管处的电压差分信号打开双路 MOSFET，从而打开负载电路。松下 PhotoMOS 继电器最新的封装形式为非常薄型收缩小尺寸封装（Very Thin Shrink Small Outline Package，VSSOP)，是同类中最小的封装。松下的 AQY22x VSSOP PhotoMOS 继电器降低了 29% 电路板空间，仅为 4.6mm2。
The signal is optically isolated from the load. The voltage differential at the photocells switch the dual MOSFET, which in turn switches the load circuit. AQY relays serve a variety of applications, including measurement and test equipment, telecommunications and broadcasting equipment, medical equipment, and more.
