Qorvo QPC3614数字步进衰减器

Qorvo QPC3614数字步进衰减器采用获得专利的电路架构,可实现无过冲瞬态切换性能。QPC3614在31.5dB的完整增益控制范围内具有高线性度,步进为0.5dB。该衰减器具有1.2dB的低插入损耗(1GHz时),并具有三种控制模式:串行、锁存并行和直接并行编程。QPC3614衰减器采用20引脚4.2mmx4.2mmx0.90mm QFN封装。
