ROHM Semiconductor BD570xx Qi / PMA Wireless Power ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD570xx Qi / PMA Wireless Power ICs are integrated devices for wireless power charging. The BD57020MWV Wireless Power Transmitter IC is composed of inverters for the coil drive, a controller for the communication of the Qi-compliant and demodulating circuit, a GPIO, TCXO buffer, and an I2C interface. The BD57015GWL IC integrates a fully synchronous rectifier circuit with low-impedance FETs, a Qi-compliant packet controller, adjustable regulated voltage output, and an open-drain output terminal. ROHM Semiconductor BD570xx Qi / PMA Wireless Power ICs communicate using amplitude modulation. The series complies with the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) Qi standard for medium power transmission, ensuring support for 10W class wireless charging. Compatibility with existing low-power specifications (<5W) is also provided. The dual-mode devices are also compliant with the Power Matters Alliance (PMA) standard.
