ROHM Semiconductor Standard Zener Diodes

The RASMID™ Zener diodes are the world's smallest transient voltage transistors that are used as protection elements in a variety of circuits. These diodes offer superior dimensional accuracy and are ideal for high-performance, high density, mobile, and wearable products. The RASMID Zener diodes feature high reliability, ±8kV high protection level, and ±10µm dimension tolerance.

The TFZV Zener diodes are highly reliable and are offered in a small power mold SOD-323HE-2 package. These diodes are automatically mountable by a chip mounter and provide a Zener voltage range of 2V to 37.19V. The TFZV Zener diodes are ideal for voltage regulation applications. The TDZV Zener diodes operate at 5.1V to 18V Zener voltage range and are offered in a small mold SOD-323HE package. These TDZV Zener diodes feature a silicon epitaxial planar structure and 500mW power dissipation.

The PDZV Zener diodes operate at 2.3V to 43V Zener voltage range and are offered in a small power mold SOD-128 package. These Zener diodes feature 1000mW power dissipation and silicon epitaxial planar structure.
