STMicroelectronics ISO8200B 高边固态继电器是电气隔离的 8 通道驱动器，具有非常低的供电电流。该继电器包含 2 个独立的电气隔离电压域（VCC 用于电源级，VDD 用于数字级）。其他内置功能包括：地线断开保护、滞后欠压关断及用于立即关断功率输出的复位功能。本 IC 用于通过将一侧接地驱动任何类型的负载。有效通道电流限制功能与热关断（对于每个通道均独立）及自动重启相结合，防止器件发生过载或短路。在过载情况下，如果结温超过阈值，相关通道将关闭，并在 IC 温度降至复位阈值后再次自动开启。如果此情况导致外壳温度达到限制阈值 TCR，过载通道将关闭，并仅在外壳温度与结温均降至复位阈值后才会重新开启。未过载通道将继续正常工作。
