STMicroelectronics LED1642GW 16通道LED驱动器是低电压40mA、16通道驱动器，设计用于LED面板显示屏。LED1642GW确保20V的输出驱动能力，用户可以以串联方式连接若干个LED。在输出级，16个稳压电流源提供从3mA到40mA的恒定电流，来驱动LED。电流通过外部电阻器进行设定，并可以由一个7位电流增益寄存器在两个子范围进行调整。各通道亮度可通过12/16位灰阶控制分开进行调整。电源电压范围从3V到5.5V。
