Taiwan Semiconductor RYBS30M 3A Bridge Rectifier comes in a compact YBS package with a glass passivated junction. It has a 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage and is ideal for automated placement. This device has a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and comes with matte tin-plated leads that are solderable per J-STD-002. The Taiwan Semiconductor RYBS30M is RoHS-compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free. It is ideal for switch-mode power supplies, adapters, TVs, and monitors.
