Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® SMP TVS二极管

Vishay Semiconductors eSMP® SMP TVS二极管的额定电流和额定功率与采用SMA封装的二极管相同，占位尺寸小44%。SMP TVS二极管的额定电流为2A，热阻性良好。SMP二极管非常适合用于电源和转换应用，例如台式机和笔记本电脑、服务器、磁盘驱动器、手机、PDA和混合集成电路。利用SMP TVS二极管，设计人员可以减小汽车电子传感器和控制单元应用中的电源电路尺寸，从而打造节省空间型终端产品。

SMP系列

Vishay Semiconductors表面贴装TransZorb®瞬态电压抑制器是单芯片表面贴装封装 (DO-220AA) 器件，其焊盘与其他SMD器件兼容。

同样，当SMP系列被用作对现有器件进行更高性能的升级时，不需要进行任何改动。典型的结-外壳热阻较低，为20°C/W，并具有低增量浪涌电阻。
