SMPC系列
Vishay Semiconductors表面贴装TransZorb®瞬态电压抑制器是1500W表面贴装TransZorb®瞬态电压抑制器 (TVS)，极为纤薄，高度为1.1mm。SMPC系列的击穿电压范围为6.7V至42.4V，最佳钳位范围为10.0V至58.1V。SMPC系列的温度范围为−55°C至+150°C，峰值正向浪涌电流为200A。这些器件设计用于保护电信和一般应用中的敏感设备免受由电感负载开关和静电放电 (ESD) 引起的瞬态电压损害。
