nRF54LV10A BLUETOOTH® LE System-on-Chip (SoC)

Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LV10A BLUETOOTH® LE System-on-Chip (SoC) is engineered specifically for space-constrained, low-voltage Bluetooth LE applications and can be directly powered by a single silver-oxide coin-cell battery. This low-voltage SoC combines a 128MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor with ultra-low-power wireless connectivity, supporting Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth Channel Sounding, and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols with data rates up to 4Mbps for low-latency applications. Additional features include an ultra-compact package, a 1.2V to 1.7V supply voltage range, and a sub-50nA system hibernation mode for shipping and storage. Security functions include secure firmware updates, secure boot, secure storage, and a trusted execution environment via Arm TrustZone®. The nRF54LV10A SoC from Nordic Semiconductor is ideal for wearable biosensors, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), and other healthcare applications.
