Bulgin 6000 Hybrid Buccaneer Circular Connectors
Bulgin 6000 Hybrid Buccaneer Circular Connectors are dual-rated to support simultaneous power and signal transmission. These connectors combine the ease of use of a push/pull coupling mechanism with proven environmental sealing. The 6000 hybrid connectors are available in flex, inline, and panel-mount body styles, in Polycarbonate/Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT). Each connector carries 2 power contacts (16A, 600V) alongside a choice of 2, 4, or 6 signal contacts (3A, 60V), letting a single connector replace what previously took two. The 6000 hybrid connectors are rated IP66 and IP68 when mated, and built from UL 94V-0, UV-stable, and halogen-free plastic.
Four configurations are available: flex cable connector (PXP6070), inline cable connector (PXP6071), front panel mounting connector (PXP6072), and screwed front panel mounting connector (PXP6074). These connectors are available in plug or socket versions with crimp or solder termination; contacts are supplied separately. The 6000 hybrid connectors are ideal for applications where dust and water ingress must be avoided and where ease of connection, space, and appearance are critical. Typical applications include industrial automation, robotics, data centers, and test and measurement.
