ZZZ-Dunbar Polyolefin Tubings
Dunbar Polyolefin Tubings are flexible or semi-rigid, high-shrink-ratio, flame-retardant, heat-resistant, and heat-shrinkable polyolefin tubes. These tubings provide toughness and high abrasion resistance for delicate components in mechanical environments. The polyolefin tubings are available with 10-year Declared Dimension Life (DDL) and are compliant with RoHS and REACH. These tubings feature 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 shrink ratios and are available with UL VW-1, CSA OFT (except clear), or ASTM D2671 procedure B flammability standards. The polyolefin tubings are ideal for wire strain-relief applications and terminations, wire splices, insulation for electrical and electronic devices, and soldered or crimped connections.

- Shrink ratio:
- 2:1 shrink ratio with 50% or more in the radial direction and 5% or less in the axial direction (1635S, 1635F, and DC-221 series)
- 4:1 shrink ratio with 75% or more in the radial direction and 50% or less in the axial direction (4635 series)
- 3:1 shrink ratio with 67% or more in the radial direction and +5%, -20% or less in the axial direction (3635 series)
- Flammability:
