Microchip Technology EV08L40A Daughter Board is the Memory Xplorer Single-Wire Daughter Board for use with the Memory Xplorer Base Board. The daughter board serves as a hardware interface for Microchip’s Memory Xplorer evaluation platform, enabling engineers and developers to configure and evaluate serial EEPROMs.
The Microchip EV08L40A supports single-wire Serial EEPROM evaluation on the Memory Xplorer platform, helping users test device-specific features and evaluate variable functionality, such as voltage and frequency. The EV08L40A Daughter Board is ideal to shorten development time from prototype to production by simplifying memory selection, configuration, and evaluation.
The daughter board is designed for Serial EEPROM evaluation, single-wire EEPROM development, and memory platform testing with Microchip’s EV60D49A Memory Xplorer Base Board. The EV08L40A operates with Memory Xplorer software and has been tested on a 64-bit Windows® 10 operating system.
