Silicon Labs BG2B Low-Power BLUETOOTH® LE SoCs
Silicon Labs BG2B Low-Power BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (LE) SoCs are designed for long-lifetime, battery-powered IoT devices that require Bluetooth LE connectivity, advanced ranging capabilities, and hardware-based security. The EFR32BG2B family combines an 80MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, dedicated radio resources, and Secure Vault™ High protection in a single-die wireless SoC platform. The BG2B series supports Bluetooth LE 6.x and Channel Sounding while prioritizing low-power operation through a dual-output DC-DC architecture. Silicon Labs designed the platform to reduce system energy consumption while enabling secure distance awareness, improved battery life, and simplified product development for connected devices.
