TPS65233-1 LNB Voltage Regulator

Texas Instruments TPS65233-1 LNB Voltage Regulator is a monolithic voltage regulator with I2C interface. It is designed for analog and digital satellite receivers to specifically to provide the 13V/18V power supply. It also provides the 22kHz tone signaling to the LNB down-converter in the antenna dish or to the multi-switch box. This device offers a complete solution with a very low component count, low power dissipation together with simple design and I2C standard interfacing. The TPS65233-1 features high power efficiency. The boost converter integrates a 120mΩ power MOSFET running at 1MHz switching frequency. Drop out voltage at the linear regulator is 0.8V to minimize power loss.
