Analog Devices MAX25605六通道顺序LED控制器无需使用微控制器或软件即可实现顺序转向功能或任何其他顺序光动画。Analog Devices MAX25605集成了六个共栅低R_DSON N沟道MOSFET，适合用于高达750mA的LED照明应用。每个开关最多支持三个串联LED。整个LED灯串支持高达60V的电压。N沟道MOSFET分为两组，每组三个，一个器件即可对一个或两个LED灯串进行排序。该开关的集成栅极驱动器和电平转换器由内部电荷泵稳压器供电，支持降压-升压和升压转电池应用，以及接地基准LED驱动器拓扑。

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
