MAX25608 12开关LED矩阵管理器

Analog Devices MAX25608 12开关高亮度LED矩阵管理器设计用于汽车照明,具有一个12开关阵列,用于旁路连接单串或双串应用中的单个LED。在MAX25608上还设有12个单独控制的N沟道MOSFET开关,额定电压为14V,导通电阻为0.06Ω。单个电流源为串联的所有LED供电。该LED矩阵管理器还可配置为两串应用,每串串联六个开关。每个开关均可跨接一个、两个或三个串联的LED。MAX25608可实现两个开关关联将大电流LED旁路。该IC包括一个内部电荷泵,为LED旁路开关的栅极驱动供电。
