MPQ7231红外LED照明驱动器

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ7231红外LED照明驱动器是固定频率、恒流和红外(IR) LED驱动器，集成了眼部安全特性。这些LED驱动器的工作输入电压范围为6V至42V，非常适合用于驱动一个或两个红外LED。MPQ7231 LED驱动器配置为降压或降压-升压模式，分别可实现高达3A和2.4A峰值电流 (ILED_PEAK)。这些驱动器采用先进的BCD FET技术，可最大限度地降低欧姆损耗，从而提供具有44mΩ (HS-FET) 和40mΩ (LS-FET) 的超低导通电阻MOSFET。典型应用包括驾驶员监控系统 (DMS)、汽车摄像头红外照明和监控系统。
