MAX25614汽车用红外LED/VCSEL驱动器

Analog Devices MAX25614汽车用红外LED/VCSEL驱动器是用于汽车驱动器监控系统 (DMS) 的大电流IR LED/VCSEL。该IC采用4.5V至36V输入电源电压,可驱动高达35V的红外LED/VCSEL灯串。MAX25614可驱动高达10A的峰值电流至红外发射器。它设计用于红外发射器脉冲和断开的应用(通常频率为60Hz)或相应图像传感器的快门速度。Analog Devices MAX25614A/MAX25614B采用固定频率平均电流模式控制,具有420kHz、1MHz、1.6MHz和2.1MHz可编程开关频率选项。集成了浪涌电流限制pFET和低侧开关nFET。
