Diodes Inc. APX803S/809S/810S MPU监控电路用于监控µP、μC和数字系统中的电源。 APX803S不仅具有出色的电路可靠性，而且成本低廉，无需外部元件。 该电路具有不同的复位阈值，旨在支持不同的电源电压（+5V、+3.3V、+3.0V和+2.5V）。 每当VCC电源电压下降至预设阈值以下时，这些电路就会发出复位信号。 这使得它在VCC上升超过复位阈值后持续发出信号至少240ms。
