PN7160和PN7161 NFC即插即用控制器

NXP Semiconductor PN7160和PN7161 NFC即插即用控制器设计用于快速集成到各种系统中。PN7160支持所有NFC Forum模式，包括Android和Linux驱动程序，并支持RTOS和无OS应用程序。嵌入式NFC固件可减少对主机交互的需求，并最大限度地减小代码尺寸，使设计导入更加轻松。PN7160具有I2C或SPI接口，兼容流行的MCU，包括LPC、Kinetis和i.MX。PN7161型号增加了对Apple ECP的支持。NXP Semiconductors PN7160和PN7161 NFC即插即用控制器采用HVQFN40和VFBGA64封装类型。
