MAX3325xE隔离式2Tx/2Rx RS-232收发器

Maxim Integrated MAX3325xE隔离式2Tx/2Rx RS-232收发器用于诊断设备、销售点系统、工业/GPS/医疗设备和通信系统。这些隔离式RS-232收发器具有集成的电荷泵和逆变器，无需高正负电压源。MAX3325xE收发器在逻辑UART侧和现场侧之间具有600VRMS的电流隔离。隔离栅可保护逻辑UART侧免受来自现场侧的电瞬变冲击。该隔离栅还可中断接地环路以及两侧之间较大的接地电位差，从而避免破坏数据的接收和发送。MAX3325xE收发器符合EIA/TIA232E标准，数据传输速率高达1Mbps。
