CT8111 Unipolar TMR Digital Latches

Allegro MicroSystems CT8111 Unipolar Tunnel Magneto-Resistance (TMR) Digital Latches offer stable magnetic operation over the operating temperature range. These digital latches are based on XtremeSense® TMR technology with an integrated CMOS process to provide a monolithic solution for impressive sensing performance. The CT8111 latches support magnetic fields up to 1.5mT, where there is a large air-gap requirement. These latches offer digital CMOS outputs, including push-pull and open drain. Applications include IoT devices, door or lid closure, reed switch replacement, fluid level sensing/detection, motor controllers, and medical devices.
