Wakefield Thermal Full, 1/2, 1/4, & 1/8 Brick DC/DC Heat Sinks
Wakefield Thermal Full, Half, Quarter, and Eighth Brick DC/DC Heat Sinks are available in various fin heights, sizes, and orientations to best match a variety of applications. The integral thermal interface pad option eliminates the need to order and install a pad separately in each of these Wakefield Thermal heat sinks.

Full-Brick: 557, 558, & 559 Series
Aluminum extruded fin construction keeps the 557, 558, and 559 DC/DC heat sinks cool in both forced and natural convection applications. These heat sinks feature three fin heights and two flow direction options.
Half-Brick: 517, 518, 527, & 528 Series
The 517, 518, 527, and 528 Half-Brick heat sinks feature standard mounting hold patterns that mate with most "half-brick" DC/DC converters. The aluminum extruded fin construction keeps DC/DC converter modules cool in forced and natural convection applications. Vertical and horizontal fin configurations are available in a variety of fin heights.
Quarter-Brick: 537 & 547 Series
The 537 and 547 heat sinks feature mounting slots that accommodate two hole patterns: 1.86" x 1.03" and 2.00" x 1.20" to fit most quarter brick converters. These heat sinks are designed for optimum use in forced convection applications. Vertical and horizontal fin configurations are available in a variety of fin heights.
Eighth-Brick: 567, 568, & 569 Series
The 567, 568, and 569 components feature six fins each, 2.17" or 2.28" lengths, 0.81" or 2.165" widths, and fin heights of 0.241", 0.45", or 0.94". These heat sinks feature thermal resistances from 2.2°C/W to 7.2°C/W at 300LFM.
