威世半导体 TMBS® Trench MOS 势垒肖特基是获得专利的 Trench MOS 势垒肖特基 (TMBS®) 整流器，它有从 45V 到 200V 的七种电压额定值、若干种不同的封装选择，来满足多种系统需要。TMBS 和平面肖特基整流器相比有若干优势。当工作电压升到 45V 及以上水平时，平面肖特基整流器的快速开关速度和低正向电压降优势将大幅丧失。获得专利的 TMBS 结构可有效解决这一问题，方法是减少注入到漂移区的少数载流子，从而最大限度减少存储电荷，提高开关速度。
