Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ 1EDI3040AS Evaluation Boards are high‑voltage gate‑driver evaluation platforms designed to demonstrate and validate the performance of the EiceDRIVER 1EDI3040AS single‑channel isolated gate driver for IGBT and SiC MOSFET applications. These boards enable engineers to explore device functionality, protection features, and digital configurability in a realistic power‑electronics test environment. Each evaluation board integrates the same core gate‑driver architecture while providing different mechanical and electrical interfaces to accommodate various power module form factors, including discrete devices, ID‑PAK, and HybridPACK™ HD modules.
