高度集成绿色模式PWM控制器

这款高度集成FAN6754 PWM控制器具有多项功能，可提高反激转换器的性能。为将待机功耗降至最低，产品采用专有的绿色模式功能，提供非导通时间调变，可在轻载时连续降低开关频率。


在空载和非常轻负载时，FAN6754可进入深度突发模式以储存PWM脉冲。此突发模式功能使电源能够满足国际节能要求。

Fairchild FSA8058 Audio Jack Detection & Configuration Switch

Fairchild's FSA8058 Audio Jack Detection & Configuration Switch is an audio jack detection switch for 3-pole and 4-pole accessories. The FSA8058 features moisture sensing, which prevents false positive detection of accessories in the audio jack. The FSA8058 also features an integrated MIC switch that allows a processor to configure attached accessories. The architecture is designed to allow common third-party headphones to be used for listening to music from mobile handsets, personal media players, and portable peripheral devices. Features include preventing false detection of accessories in the audio jack when moisture is present, removed audio jack pop and click caused by MIC bias, detect audio jack accessories (standard headphones and send/end button presses), and integrates a MIC switch for 4-pole configuration.

Fairchild 650V Field Stop IGBTs

Fairchild’s 650V Field Stop IGBT technology enables designers to develop a highly reliable system design with higher input voltage while offering optimum performance where low conduction and switching losses are essential. The 650V IGBTs feature high current handling capability, positive temperature coefficient, tight parameter distribution and a wide safe operating area. The increased breakdown voltage improves reliability where negative ambient temperatures are present; as the temperature decreases the IGBT and FRD blocking voltage also decreases making this device particularly beneficial for PV solar inverters used in colder climates. Because careful selection of IGBTs and free-wheeling diodes are essential for maximum efficiency, the 650V IGBT provides fast and soft recovery that reduces power dissipation and achieves low turn-on and turn-off losses.

Fairchild's FAN3122 High-Speed Low-Side Gate Driver is a MOSFET driver that is designed to drive N-channel enhancement MOSFETs in low-side switching applications by providing high peak current pulses. The driver is available with a TTL input thresholds. Internal circuitry provides an under-voltage lockout function by holding the output low until the supply voltage is within the operating range. This driver incorporates the MillerDrive™ architecture for the final output stage. This bipolar / MOSFET combination provides the highest peak current during the Miller plateau stage of the MOSFET turn-on / turn-off process.
