Standex MK36 Recessed Reed Sensors
MEDER electronic MK36 Recessed Reed Sensors are designed for a press-fit installation that utilizes crush ribs to retain the sensor in the installation hole. These sensors feature non-contact activation between the sensor and actuator.  The MK36 sensors are designed for installation in a ø3/8" hole or in a ø3/4" hole when using an adapter for ferromagnetic isolation. These sensors offer a maximum power of 3W and a 1A (SPST) Normally Open (N.O.) contact form. The MK36 sensors are available in both white and black housings along with either a 2-conductor UL-rated cable or a VdS-compliant cable with a sabotage loop. Typical applications include industrial equipment, building security and monitoring, door and access control, window monitoring, equipment door detection, and appliance door detection.
