Ohmite TGHX Thick Film Resistors
Ohmite TGHX Thick Film Resistors are non-inductive power resistors designed in an SOT‑227 package for efficient heat dissipation and high power handling. These resistors are rated up to 150W and are intended for direct mounting onto a heatsink, making them suitable for high‑frequency and pulse‑load applications. The TGHX resistors offer resistance values of 0.5Ω ≤ 1MΩ with tolerances from ±1% to ±10% and an inductance of ≤50nH. These thick-film power resistors support high operating voltages up to 1500VDC and maintain reliability under demanding environmental conditions. Some of the applications include variable-speed drives, power supplies, motor controls, and other switching designs.
